This piece was one where I wanted to take the botanical timeline series and inject some other naturist metaphors by adding the pheasant feathers as a symbol of peace, success, and protection. I abstracted the round shapes previously used in the botanical timeline series to split as if they were hatching. I wanted a feeling of being between different dimensions.
